A pregnancy can almost immediately change the way your body feels and the way you must live day to day. When you feel good, you should be moving around and going on walks, as being active during pregnancy is excellent for both you and the baby. Be careful of what you eat as well; avoid fatty, salty, and sugary foods and significantly lower your caffeine intake.
Injuries Can Occur During Childbirth
Unfortunately, a part of pregnancy that people don’t often discuss is the potential for your child to sustain injuries during delivery. In your first trimester, you may go through morning sickness, and your breasts will become increasingly tender.
