Pelahatchie High School started a new recognition project where students receive positive office referrals for behaviors that identify them going above and beyond what is considered the "norm." These students were noted this month for going the extra mile around campus without expecting recognition. When each student receives this positive referral, principal Voncille Anderson sits down with them and contacts the parents.
