Make a DIY face mask:
Face masks and skin treatments are quite common in Spas, and for the best weekend spa experience at home, you should also make some soothing face masks. Here is a quick recipe for an easy skin-soothing face mask- Unflavored Greek yogurt (2 tsp)
- Ground oats (2 tbsp)
- Lemon juice (a few drops)
- Take a small bowl and mix the ground oats and yogurt.
- Add some lemon juice.
- Apply on your face for at least 5-0 minutes and massage in circular motions. Wash off with some warm water.
