The Mississippi College Office of Academic Affairs recently released their President’s and Dean’s Lists for the fall semester.
To be eligible for the President’s List, a student must maintain a 4.0 grade point average, based on a 4.0 system. The student must take a full course load of at least twelve semester hours of undergraduate credit with all academic courses impacting their grade point average.
Several students from Pelahatchie were named to the Fall 2022 President’s List due to maintaining a 4.0 grade point average, and those students include Colburn Jones, Margaret Wingo, Laura Wingo, and Scarlett Castillo.
To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must maintain a 3.5 grade point average, based on a 4.0 system. The student must take a full course load of at least 12 semester hours of undergraduate credit with all academic courses impacting their grade point average.
Hudson Shotts of Pelahatchie was named to the Fall 2022 Dean’s List at Mississippi College.
For the Fall 2022 semester, undergraduate students at the University of Mississippi who earned a semester GPA of 3.50-3.74 were listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll; those who earned a semester GPA of 3.75-4.00 were listed on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll.
Six students from Pelahatchie who are attending the University of Mississippi were listed on the Chancellor’s or Dean’s Honor Roll list. Jordan White was named on the Dean’s Honor Roll. Those listed on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll included: Reagan Sanders ,Jessie Thompson, Kaci White, Kaitlyn White, and Hannah Whitney (Chancellor).
To be named to the Deans’ List at Mississippi State University (MSU), a student must have achieved a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.79, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C. 2,445 students were named to the fall 2022 Deans’ List at Mississippi State University.
The following local students are included on the Deans’ List: Lauren Nickles, Brooklyn Luke, Jason Wuestefeld, Lawson Wuestefeld, and Mckinley Goodin.
MSU also recognizes 4,174 students who were named to the fall 2022 President’s List. Students on the President’s List achieved a 3.80 or better grade-point average, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.
The following local students are included on the President’s List: Amanda Johnston, Morgan Rhodes, Dana Watkins, Brandon Thompson, Thaddeus Webb, and Anna Carter.
