Pelahatchie HS Track and Field Team wins

Payton Sanders won first place in the 1600 meter race at the MHSAA District Track Meet.
 

On April 17, the Pelahatchie High School Chiefs Track Team competed in various track races at the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) District Track Meet. The following students (pictured above) placed as following: Addison Archie, fourth place, long jump; Abby Hemeter, second place, 3200-meter; Payton Wilson, fourth place, 100-meter dash and third place, long jump; Caleb Gray, second place, 1600-meter; Nahgee Hawkins, second place, 400-meter dash; Christian Beeman, second place, 300 hurdles; Laterrion Irvin, second place, long jump; Ashton Jones, third place, long jump; and DaMarion Snow, fourth place, shot put.
