ERA relay teams break records

The ERA 4x800 boys team recently placed 3rd at the MRA Invitational with a time of 9:08.42. The biggest news is that time broke an East Rankin Academy record of 9:09 set in 1988. They also locked down the No. 1 ranked spot in MAIS 5A…and the oldest member on the team is a sophomore. 

Also, the 4x200 girls team recently broke an ERA record set in 2010. The 2010 mark of 1:52.50 was broken by fractions down to 1:52.26. Team members included Leah Collipp, Katie Simpson, Lydia Collipp and Emily Williams.
