East Rankin's Sartin, Thompson serve as pages for MS Senate

Walker Clark Sartin of Pelahatchie recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate. Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Walker is pictured with Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann, and Senator Brian Rhodes, who sponsored his visit. Walker is the son of Katie and Brendan Sartin and attends East Rankin Academy. When asked about the week, Walker said, "I've enjoyed getting to see how our Capitol is ran, It's a very interesting process. I have enjoyed getting to spend time with my senator, Mr. Brian Rhodes. Overall, it's a cool and very fun experience."

Cole Bradley Thompson of Pelahatchie recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate. Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff. Cole is pictured with Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann, and Senator Brian Rhodes, who sponsored his visit. Cole is the son of Chad and Jessica Thompson and attends East Rankin Academy. When asked about the week, Cole said, "One of my favorite parts of being a Junior Page was getting to know all of the other pages. Even though we've only been with each other for a week. I feel we've grown closer together more than most friends. I would definitely recommend to anyone to become a junior page."
