Pelahatchie Gears Up for the Muscadine Jubilee

The excitement is building in Pelahatchie as the town prepares for its much-anticipated annual Muscadine Jubilee, set to take place on September 14, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM. This beloved event promises a day filled with music, food, crafts, and family-friendly fun. 

The festivities will kick off with a stirring rendition of the National Anthem and a ceremonial posting of the flag by the Pelahatchie JROTC, setting a patriotic tone for the day. Following this, attendees will be treated to a morning performance by Light of Mine, a talented mother-and-daughters singing group known for their captivating harmonies and heartfelt songs. 

As the day progresses, the musical entertainment will continue to delight festival-goers. The Miles Flatt band will take the stage as the opening act for the renowned country music group Exile, whose performance is sure to be a highlight of the Jubilee. 

Downtown Pelahatchie will be transformed into a bustling hub of activity, with a variety of food and craft vendors lining the streets. Whether you’re craving savory snacks or sweet treats, the food vendors will have something to satisfy every palate.
