On Veterans Day, the Pelahatchie Chiefs JROTC, band, and 6th grade classes came together to honor veterans with a heartfelt ceremony in front of the school. Also included was a flag retirement ceremony with information about how and why flags are retired. It was a beautiful moment of unity and respect as students showed their gratitude for those who have served our country. Thank you to Dr. Rimes for attending and to all veterans for your service and sacrifice.
