RCSD awards students for completion of the EL program

Congratulations to PHS 8th grader Julius Wash (left) on his recent graduation from the English Learner program. Julius has not only mastered the English language but has also demonstrated academic excellence along the way. Our Tribe is incredibly proud of Julius and all that he has achieved.
